Newmark Grubb Arkansas Completes Four Deals in Conway

Newmark Grubb Arkansas Represents Nabholz Properties in the sale and lease of four properties

 
Conway, AR (September 1, 2016) — Newmark Grubb Arkansas today announced the sale and lease of four commercial properties in Conway, AR. Greg Nabholz, senior managing director; Philip Hiegel, associate director; and Clint Bailey, associate; with Newmark Grubb Arkansas all represented Nabholz Properties, the seller and/or landlord in these four deals. 
 
Sale of Germantown Corner Lot 5 at 1005 Dave Ward Drive
Alexandria Nhuyen purchased the 0.84 acres located next to Hardees, Krispy Creme and Taco Bueno leaving just one lot for sale on the corner. Greg Nabholz who is also CEO of Nabholz Properties said "This lot sale will result in the addition of another great business in this location and leaves us just one prime lot left in this highly desirable corner of Dave Ward Drive and South German Lane.”
 
Three Leases Signed in Three Buildings
Harmony Properties LLC of Clarksville leased 2,500 SF in the I-40 Showroom Center Suite 5B fronting Interstate 40 at 500 Amity Road for a 10 year term. The tenant will be opening a UPS retail store in the center and will be joining current tenants Umami Fusion Grill, Plato's Closet, Style Encore, Playa Azul Restaurant, Spectrum Paint, and Bedding Mart. I-40 Showroom Center is now 100% occupied.
 
The Pain Treatment Centers of America, PLLC leased 4,645 SF, in the Daniel Building, Suite 601, located in the Conway Regional Medical Park at 2425 Dave Ward Drive for a 5 year term. The Daniel
Building is one of the 5 buildings that incorporate this medical office complex.
 
Mainstream Technologies leased 3,110 SF for a 3 year term at the Federal Plaza Building, Suite 205- 206, located on the corner of Main & Front Streets at 1111 Main Street. The remaining 9,300 SF in this renovated office building in the heart of downtown Conway may be leased together or separate. 
 
“These three leases represent three businesses who are new to Conway and parallels the continued growth of retail, tech, and medical office sector in the city,” Greg Nabholz said.
