Josh Singleterry has been an associate of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since 2012. Mr. Singleterry graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After graduation, Mr. Singleterry pursued a career in commercial lending. As the AVP/Branch Manager and Loan Officer. His duties included the management of the deposit operations as well as originating consumer and commercial loans.
In 2012, Mr. Singleterry joined Butler Burgher Group (BBG), a national valuation, advisory and assessment firm as a Lead Appraiser. Mr. Singleterry has diligently worked towards building a solid foundation in numerous fields of real estate valuation including single asset and portfolio valuation, market analysis, feasibility studies, lease and cost analysis and highest and best use studies. During his time at BBG, assignments included the valuation of retail shopping centers, proposed and existing single-tenant free standing retail and office buildings, warehouses, single and multi-tenant retail and office buildings, single-tenant industrial buildings and net lease properties. Since 2012 Mr. Singleterry has analyzed and valued over 150 net lease properties, specifically Dollar Stores across the nation.
In 2015, Mr. Singleterry transitioned into full time brokerage with Newmark Grubb Arkansas and has successfully closed in excess of $20,000,000 in transactions.
